After defining the rules and models that form part of the client’s policy and know-how in onRules (R-Dfine), it is now possible to verify that the rules have been defined correctly, by undergoing individual and mass tests in R-Control. From this moment on, the rules begin to progress from the development environment, where they have been defined and tested, going through a system of environments equivalent to that used by IT for software development (development, tests, pre-production, production, etc). In the final phase of this cycle, activating a scenario will put it definitively into operation. Once in operation, R-Dcide keeps an execution log. This information can be obtained in statistics form through a data filter, allowing for rules and models to be adapted.
Developing business rules and predictive models
· Organisations do their work in settings and markets which are constantly changing. They therefore need to review and update their models and rules constantly so that they can manage information in the best possible way and maximise efficiency in decision-making.
· Our Models Development Department has carried out a number of R&D projects, financed and supported by the Spanish Ministry of Technology and Science. As a result of these projects, Delta-R has been able to define its own methodology, which has been used to improve the predictability of models and minimise the possibility of error.
