· Client satisfaction, offering a quality service to totally satisfy client needs and a rapid response to any incidents which may arise during the service, thus minimising the impact on our environment.  In this way, we work towards establishing long-lasting and loyal relationships with our clients.

· Compliance with environmental legislation and the requirements of our products and/or services and those of our clients. Implementing good environmental practices, preventing the inefficient use of resources and pollution.

· Improving the effectiveness of our predictive models, investing in R+D+I to increase predictability rates.

· Continuous improvement of our software, based on ongoing client communication to focus new functions on the basis of their needs.

Accordingly, and as a commitment to Quality and the Environment, Delta-R management has established the following policy, and undertakes to disseminate it at all levels of the company and to provide the necessary resources for compliance therewith.
