PARTNERS PROGRAMME

· Delta-R’s expansion programmes are based on collaborative agreements with national and international partner companies that wish to form part of Delta-R by distributing the company’s products.

¿What does Delta-R offer its partners?

· Delta-R sees its partners as an integral part of its sales team. They are a key element of the company, and are therefore provided with all of the resources they need to carry out their work under the best possible conditions:
  • Workshops on Delta-R’s sales philosophy
  • Final documentation for clients
  • Technical training relating to the product and how it works
¿What criteria do Delta-R’s partners have to meet?

Companies that wish to join the Delta-R Partners Programme must:

  • Develop software or provide technological consultancy services for major industries.

  • Have key accounts with clients working in one of the following sectors:
    • Banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy sectors, airlines and government agencies

  • Have their own sales force which could sell Delta-R products

· When a company applies to become a partner, Delta-R will evaluate the application and decide whether or not that company is suitable. If the company is deemed suitable, a collaborative agreement can then be drawn up.

¿What different types of Delta-R partner are there?

· Delta-R offers three different collaboration types to its partners:
Bronze Partner Silver Partner Gold Partner

· A Bronze Partner’s main job is to put Delta-R in touch with potential clients. In this case, the Partner makes the first contact by sending dossiers to, or organising a meeting with, the end client. If, after the first meeting or contact, the client is still interested, Delta-R can start dealing with that client directly throughout the rest of the sales process. · Silver Partners are a step higher up than Bronze Partners. In addition to making initial contact with potential clients, Silver Partners can also close sales. In order to do this, they are given technical training relating to Delta-R products and how they work, and seminars are held to make sure that the partners’ sales policy is in line with that of the company. · Gold Partners have the highest level of commitment to Delta-R. As well as managing the entire sales process, Gold Partners can get involved in consultancy projects and the deployment of Delta-R tools.
